Shipping policy

We appreciate your interest in our products and aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Order Processing

All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched on the same working day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Our courier will also send you a text message where you can manage your delivery. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day. For instance, orders made on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on Monday, and those placed on a public holiday, such as Christmas Day, will be sent out on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

Our standard delivery charge within the EU ranges from €7 - €15 (Charges will be calculated at checkout). We offer free delivery on orders over €150 within the EU. All other delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Customs Charges

Orders shipped within the EU will NOT incur any customs charges. However, orders to mainland UK that exceed €155 in value will be subject to customs charges upon import.

If orders are returned to us due to refusal to pay customs charges, we will deduct our standard delivery charge of €15 and a restocking fee of 10% of the order value from your refund.

5. International Shipping

For deliveries to locations not listed above or any other inquiries, please contact us directly at info@drapeandfade.eu. We are more than happy to accommodate international orders and will provide you with a quote for shipping costs.
