  1. We offer refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. No refunds will be offered for used items unless they are found to be faulty. We request our customers to understand that used products can only be refunded if they exhibit manufacturing defects.

  3. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item to us. Please ensure that the item is packed securely and sent via a tracked service as we will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

  4. In cases where the product is found to have a manufacturer's fault, we may reimburse return postage charges. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  5. All our non-moving parts of clippers and trimmers come with a 6-month warranty, underlining our commitment to quality.

  6. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use, including chemical damage or tearing of a cape.

  7. Clipper and trimmer blades are considered consumables and are subject to wear and tear over time. Maintenance and occasional replacement of these parts are the responsibility of the user and are not covered by our warranty.
